The relaxation sessions.
Two general-use sessions, recorded once and included in full with every pack — not tailored to any single symptom, but useful alongside all of them.
Tension Release
A progressive, body-by-body release — working through physical tension from head to feet, one area at a time. Useful on its own for a stressful day, or as a way to settle the body before starting one of the tailored sessions in your pack.
Built on the well-established principle behind progressive muscle relaxation: that deliberately tensing and releasing muscle groups in sequence produces a deeper, more noticeable drop in physical tension than simply trying to "relax" all at once.
Deep Relaxation
A longer, whole-body settle — slower and less structured than Tension Release, aimed at a full, unhurried wind-down rather than targeting specific tension. Good for the end of a long day, or any time you want the sensation of a session without a specific symptom in mind.
Draws on the general relaxation response — the well-documented physiological shift toward lower heart rate, slower breathing, and reduced muscular tension that follows sustained, guided relaxation practice.
