Privacy Policy
How Hypno Studio collects, uses, and protects your information. Last updated: [date].
Who we are.
Hypno Studio is produced by Malinda Zerefos, based in Paris, France. For anything relating to this policy or your data, contact hello@hypnostudios.com.
What we collect.
- Email address — if you sign up for new sessions and evidence summaries.
- Consultation requests — if you book a free consult, the name, email, optional phone number, topic, preferred times and message you submit. They're used only to reply to you and arrange the call. The form is processed by our website host, Netlify.
- Order information — if you buy a pack, our payment processor (Payhip) handles and stores your payment details. We don't see or store your card information.
- Check-in responses — if you use the check-in tool, your answers are stored on your own device, within the tool itself. They aren't sent to us or stored on our servers.
Why we collect it.
- To send the emails you've asked to receive.
- To process and deliver a pack you've purchased.
- To keep the free tools on this site working as intended.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything beyond what's listed here.
Who we share it with.
Payhip, our payment processor, for handling purchases and digital delivery. [Email provider, once live], for sending newsletter emails. [Hosting provider], for hosting this website. Each only processes your data for the specific purpose of running that part of the service, under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it.
Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Order records are kept as long as legally required for accounting and tax purposes. Check-in responses stay on your device until you clear them yourself, using the reset option in the tool.
Your rights.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal data we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, and to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these, contact hello@hypnostudios.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with France's data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies.
This site currently uses minimal to no tracking cookies. If that changes — for example, if analytics are added later — this policy will be updated to reflect it, and a cookie notice will be added.
Changes to this policy.
If this policy changes, the update date at the top of this page will change too. Significant changes will be flagged on the site.
