About Hypno Studio

Hypnotherapy that names the symptom, and the session.

Hypno Studio makes clinical hypnotherapy audio for specific conditions — endometriosis and adenomyosis, perimenopause, parenting, lipedema — plus focused packs for sleep, stress, and habit change. No metaphor. No wellness language. Every session states, in plain terms, what it works on and how.

Why it exists

Hypnotherapy has a marketing problem.

Search for hypnotherapy audio and most of what you'll find is wrapped in soft-focus language — "manifest," "release," "align" — that says very little and claims a great deal. Hypno Studio was built as the opposite: a studio where every claim is written to survive contact with the research it's based on, and every session is named for the thing it actually addresses.

The standard

What that means in practice.

Plain language, always. If a session is for sleep onset, it's called that. Symptoms are named. So are the sessions that address them.
Evidence stated precisely. Where there's a trial or meta-analysis behind a claim, it's cited and described accurately — including what it doesn't show. Where the evidence is thinner, we say so, rather than borrowing certainty from research that doesn't apply.
Real voices. Never AI. Every session is recorded by a real person, not synthesised.
Adjunctive, not instead of. Hypnotherapy sits alongside medical and psychological care. It's never positioned as a replacement for either, and every relevant piece of content says when to see a professional first.
Hypno Studio is not a substitute for medical or psychological care. If a symptom is new, changing, or unexplained, see a doctor first. If you're in crisis, contact a healthcare professional or emergency services.
