What you're buying.
Each pack is a digital product — recorded hypnotherapy audio sessions, a workbook, and supporting material. Nothing is shipped physically. Packs are a complement to professional medical or psychological care, never a replacement for it — see the disclaimer on every page of this site.
Pricing & bundles.
Current prices are shown on the packs page: €29 for one pack, with bundle pricing for two, three, four, or unlimited access. Prices may change; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
Access & delivery.
Packs are delivered digitally, immediately after payment, through our payment processor, Payhip. You'll receive access instructions by email. Bundle purchases that include future packs are added automatically as new content is released.
Refunds & your right to withdraw.
Under EU consumer law, purchases made online normally come with a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content delivered immediately — like these packs — that right can be waived if you give explicit consent at checkout to start accessing the content right away, and acknowledge that doing so means giving up the withdrawal period. Checkout is set up to ask for that consent directly.
Outside of that: if a pack doesn't download, plays incorrectly, or isn't as described, contact hello@hypnostudios.com and we'll sort it out — a fix, a replacement file, or a refund, depending on the issue.
Acceptable use.
Packs are for your own personal use. Please don't redistribute, resell, or publicly share the audio or workbook files.
Not medical advice.
Nothing on this site or in any pack is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for professional care. If a symptom is new, changing, or unexplained, see a doctor first. If you're in crisis, contact a healthcare professional or emergency services.
Liability.
Hypno Studio provides these materials as-is, without guarantee of a specific outcome. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by French law.
